Customer Service Issues
The reviewer Giuliano L. had a poor experience with the customer service of Perfect Clean. The cleaner and carpet cleaner took a total of 3 hours to complete the job, despite booking 3 hours of cleaning plus carpet cleaning. The customer service team initially denied that they told the customer the carpet cleaner would come after the standard cleaning was completed, and only asked for proof when the customer insisted on this.

On the other hand, Qype User Ruthbo had a positive experience with Perfect Clean. The cleaner, Vesela, was always on time and did an excellent job every week.
