Our Story
Founded in 2006 by the entrepreneurial duo of Matt and Elaine Price, Cuthbert's Bakehouse has blossomed from humble beginnings into one of Liverpool's most celebrated Afternoon Tea creators. With a shared love for travel and exceptional food, their vision was to establish a bakery that celebrates creativity and offers a delightful experience for every customer.
Inspired by the late Sheila Price, who provided unwavering support, Cuthbert's took shape in their family home. Working around demanding full-time jobs in the food industry, they transformed their home into a 24/7 bakehouse, diligently fulfilling orders for friends and local establishments. The demand for their delectable creations steadily grew, demanding a move to their own dedicated premises.
