Pathways

Pathways is a unique and vibrant childcare setting that offers a nurturing environment for children aged 3 to 11 years. Our name represents the way we value each child's individual pathway to learning, and we strive to create a setting that reflects their individuality and teaches them to value others.

Our Philosophy

At Pathways, we believe that every child is unique and deserves a tailored approach to learning. We achieve this by using their interests and individual stages of development to encourage a love of learning and help them reach their full potential. Our highly trained and dedicated team work closely with parents and carers to ensure that every child receives the care and attention they need.

Our Facilities

Our purpose-built premises are designed with the children in mind, featuring a spacious outdoor area that promotes all areas of learning. We have two climbing frames, a wigloo, a mud kitchen, and a paved area for ride-on equipment and a large grassed area for other play. Indoors, we have a wide range of age-appropriate activities, including a role-play area, book corner, climbing frame, and caterpillar tunnel.

We offer a range of services to cater to the needs of our families. These include:

Pre-School Sessions

• Morning, afternoon, or all-day sessions for children aged 3 to 5 years
• A combination of sessions is also available

Out-of-Hours Childcare

• Breakfast and after-school clubs for children aged 3 to 9 years
• Holiday club runs during school holidays
• Parents or carers can choose which days and timings they require

Policies

We have a range of policies in place to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of our children. These policies are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure they meet the changing needs of our families. We also have hard copies of our policies available for parents and carers to borrow.
