The 201 Coach Experience
The 201 coach has been an excellent experience for most passengers. Adrian, the driver, is a lovely bloke who has made the past two years on the 201 memorable. He always made sure to remind passengers to SIDOWN to protect them and valued their days on the 201. Adrian was always eager to chat with passengers and share his holiday plans in Benidorm. The 201 coach resembles a caterpillar and has a special place in the hearts of its passengers.
Appreciation for the 201 Coach
Emily, a passenger, was particularly fond of Adrian and the 201 coach. She was a member of the 201 coach for the most spectacular years of her existence. Adrian made sure to get them to Carmel College speedily and safely, reminding them to SIDOWN when they stepped out of line. Emily's dear friend drew an image below and framed it in admiration for the 201 coach. Emily will miss these days terribly and has switched companies, but the 201 will always hold a special place in her heart.
Speed Issues
However, Jason Bell had a different experience. He mentioned that the driver seemed to have missed the memo about the A66 becoming a race track for coaches. The driver was speeding at 50mph, which made him miss the memo about the speed limit. Jason also mentioned that the driver forgot to use his indicators and had trouble with slip roads.
Ventilation and Safety Issues
Alisha Watson had a disappointing experience with the 201 coach. She mentioned that the driver did not open windows for ventilation, which is advised to reduce corona cases. Instead, the mini heaters were on even when it was 25 degrees outside. A student fainted one day when she was on the bus, and many times it left her feeling extremely sick. When she asked if the air con was on, the driver said it was, but it was generating warm air.
Professionalism Issues
Graham Chaddock had a terrible experience with the 12.01 train replacement coach from Ruswarp to Egton. He described the driver as unprofessional and careless, nearly crashing into a BMW while speeding round corners.
Overall Positive Feedback
However, Linda Lavender had a positive experience with the 201 coach. She mentioned that everything was perfect, including cleanliness, friendly fantastic drivers, and no trouble. Lauren Rebecca Davies also had a positive experience, mentioning that the driver did an amazing job of cheering everyone up after losing a game. She felt that the driver of Bus 6 needs a pay rise.
Exceptional Staff
Lewis Reed had a great experience with the 201 coach. He mentioned that his favorite staff member by far is David Reed, who is a brilliant individual and can see bright things for him in the future. Graeme Arundale also had a positive experience, mentioning that the staff are top class.
