Professionalism and Performance
The majority of reviews praise Attacat's professionalism, planning, execution, and communication. Turnbull & Scott Engineers, Scotland Shop, and C. B. all give the company 5-star ratings, highlighting their impressive organisational skills, ability to deliver on promises, and friendly and down-to-earth approach. Alexander Beston gives 4 stars, complementing their expertise in SEO and content, although noting that they can be busy at times.
Differences in Experience
However, Gem- An-I has a vastly different experience, giving the company 1-star. They received training from Attacat a couple of years ago and found it to be good, but when they called as a freelancer to pay for more training, they were disappointed with the poor customer service. They were promised multiple call backs, but none were delivered, and they were told that the company was too busy to talk to them.
