MGH Building Solutions is a well-established building company based in Latchingdon, Essex, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Our founder, Martin Heady, has spent his entire working life in construction, starting from the age of 18, and has built the company into a reputable and reliable business that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. We are fully insured, with public and employers' liability, and have skilled tradesmen in all aspects of the building trade. Our team is dedicated to achieving high standards in every project, and we always look for solutions, not problems.

Our team is made up of loyal and valued individuals, each with their own area of expertise. We have carpenters who are City and Guilds trained, working for the company for 25 years, plumbers who are GasSafe and fully insured, working for the company for over 5 years, and electricians who are NICEIC approved and Part P approved, with over 10 years of experience working with us. Our plasterers and bricklayers are all trained and experienced, ranging from 5 to 20 years of working with us. We also have specialists on hand for services such as green energy and underfloor heating, access to engineers for piling, and reinforced ground beams.

At MGH Building Solutions, we specialize in everything from residential and commercial properties to refurbishing and landscaping. We are experienced in refurbishments that include barns, flats, houses, outhouses, shops, restaurants, and garages, many of which are turnkey projects. We can advise on fixtures and fittings, supply and fit, including bathrooms, kitchens, floor coverings, different forms of heating, lighting, up-to-date electrical and security systems, and installation of smart home technology.

We can design and install all your bathroom and kitchen needs, including bathrooms, wet rooms, cloakrooms, and en-suites. From fit-only or to include plastering, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and carpentry. We offer the same service for kitchens and utility rooms, from design, including computer-generated layout and pictures, to installation, with a choice in worktops, various stone products, solid wood, Corian, or laminate, underfloor heating, and all appliances. Our fitters are both Gas safe and NICEIC registered electricians. We offer bespoke cabinets and units or trade kitchens to suit every budget, with lighting under cupboard and plinths.
