About the Artist

Gillian Beale, the founder and principal artist, is a talented and experienced artist with a passion for capturing the essence of the natural world. With a background in Life Drawing, restoration, and gilding, Gillian has honed her skills through years of study and practice. Her artistic philosophy is inspired by the great French artist Monet, who believed that "a painting is never finished" and continued to work on his paintings over a period of years. Gillian's own approach to art is similarly meticulous, often returning to her paintings to add that extra brushstroke that brings the piece to life.

Our Services

At Gillian Beale Fine Art, we offer a range of services designed to bring the joy of art to our clients. Our studio and gallery are open every day, except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitors can browse our gallery, which features a stunning collection of original paintings, prints, and decorative items.

We also offer private commissions, where Gillian will work closely with clients to create a bespoke piece of art that meets their specific needs and preferences. Whether it's a painting, restoration, or art project, Gillian's expertise and creativity ensure that the finished piece exceeds expectations.

In addition, we provide art restoration services, working with national auction houses and private collectors to restore valuable works of art to their former glory. Our expertise in gilding and conservation ensures that every piece is treated with the utmost care and respect.
