Pleasant Experiences

Despite the overall negative reviews, there are a few instances of pleasant experiences with Rooftops. Val H. gave the company 5 stars, praising the shop's selection of gifts, cards, and fresh flowers, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Sam Churm and Louise 'Gordon' also had positive experiences, with Sam giving 5 stars for the "warm, helpful staff" and Louise giving 5 stars for the "professional service" and "easy efficient service".

Unpleasant Experiences

Unfortunately, many reviewers had unpleasant experiences with Rooftops. Adrian Stripeytiger was not impressed with the tenant services, saying they were excellent but not friendly. Simeon Simeonov had a terrible experience with an agent named Nicola, who was "unpleasant to customers" and gave an excuse for being ill. Cheshire Family had a stressful tenancy experience, citing unprofessionalism from Jan, who was "difficult to deal with" and had "zero empathy". Yuri Melato had a terrible experience at Heatherfield Court, saying they would tell him to speak with his landlord and not helping him. Richard Hamzi reported a rude and unprofessional experience with agent Moe, who was late, passive-aggressive, and degrading. Lindsay Kenney was unhappy with the plumbing firm used by Rooftops, saying they made a mess of her kitchen. Romulo Espinosa had mixed feelings about the company, citing issues with communication and contract management. Joe had an awful experience, saying he was misled about a property and his data was used without permission.
