While hypnosis can be a relaxing and enjoyable state of mind, it is not the therapy itself. Instead, it is a tool that accelerates learning and helps our clients achieve their goals more easily.

Our hypnotherapists are also trained as psychotherapists or counsellors, enabling us to call ourselves HypnoTHERAPISTS. By combining hypnosis with modalities such as Person Centred Counselling or CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), we can help our clients experience significant improvements in their issues compared to just hypnosis or basic counselling alone.

Our services typically involve weekly sessions, with the first half dedicated to counselling, psychotherapy, or discussing your goals and expectations. The second half of the session reinforces these topics with hypnosis. We may also use techniques such as age regression and future pacing to help resolve issues and create positive expectations for the future. Additionally, we provide specific exercises to be completed between sessions to help prove that you can become your own therapist with time.
