Tool and Equipment Selection
The selection of tools and equipment available at the site was described as "good" by Samuel Steele, who gave a 4-star rating. Customer Service
The customer service provided by the staff was praised by several reviewers. Samuel Steele experienced a fault with a rented piece of equipment, but the staff were helpful and offered a refund. Brian Moore described the staff as "friendly and helpful", and Harry McMahon mentioned that the staff were "friendly" and made it "easy to deal with".
Equipment Quality and Maintenance
However, there was an issue with the quality and maintenance of the equipment, as experienced by Samuel Steele. A pad on the sander needed changing, which should have been done before it was rented out again. This incident led Steele to suggest that customers should check the items before leaving the store.
Pricing

Strength Supported gave a 1-star rating and described the prices as "absolute disgraceful", stating that a couple of days' hire on some tools was the same price as buying the tool brand new.
