Harrisons Pipeline Engineering Limited, a distinguished entity in the realm of pipeline fittings, was established in 1972 on its current site. The company's genesis can be traced back to Ron Brown, the founder who has since retired. In 2003, the company achieved a significant milestone by attaining UKAS Quality Management certification and became an Affiliated Organisation of the Institute of Quality Assurance. A management buyout took place in 2006, spearheaded by the current directors, Ashley Kelleher and Darren Gaffney, who together have clocked an impressive 38 years of service with the company. Both directors oversee the production activities of the business and are more than willing to personally discuss your requirements. Our Speciality: Pipeline Fittings Materials

At Harrisons, we take pride in our capability to manufacture pipeline fittings from an extensive range of materials. Our repertoire includes A105/N, LF2, F11, F22, F52, 4130, 316L, 304L, 321, F51/31803, F44/31254, F55/32760, F53/32750, Titanium, A200, A400, A625, A825, C276, C2000, and B3, among others. We maintain most of these pipeline fitting materials in stock in various forms such as bar, forging, and plate. In the event that a certain material is not available in stock, we can promptly acquire it from our ISO-approved suppliers. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with 3 Nakamura C.N.C. machines with FAPT control, several Harrison 400-600 lathes with Ainjest taper screw cutting attachments, and a maximum turning capacity of 36" diameter. All fittings are supplied with a 3.1. B manufacturing & materials certificate, and we can provide 3.1. C certification with independent witness by Lloyds upon request. We are certified to BS:EN ISO 9001:2000 and are UKAS accredited.

Our Pipeline Fittings

At Harrisons, we offer an impressive range of standard off-the-shelf components, and we are flexible enough to tailor-make a component to your specific requirement, all with quick turn-around. Our product portfolio includes socket weld fittings such as tees, elbows, crosses, coupling, and caps, among others. We also offer screwed fittings (NPT, BSPT, BSPP, METRIC, BSW, etc.) that include tees, elbows, crosses, couplings, caps, hexagon nipples, barrel nipples, plugs (hexagon, round or square), etc. Additionally, we provide butt weld fittings such as tees, elbows, crosses, concentric & eccentric reducers, and all types of flanges. We can offer spectacle blinds, spades & spacers - RTJ, RF, swages: concentric & eccentric, and tees, elbows & crosses from forging or block type from bar. We can also manufacture "specials" from your drawings or our design.
