Experiential Learning in the Outdoors

Children at Clophill Preschool are fortunate to learn and play in our spacious outdoor area which includes an allotment, polytunnel, and mud kitchen. This unique setting provides a platform for:

• Nature-inspired play: Imaginative play, problem-solving, and resourcefulness are fostered through exploration in the great outdoors.
• Animal care: Children learn empathy and responsibility by caring for our friendly chickens and guinea pigs.
• Hands-on learning: Planting seeds, tending to plants, and collecting leaves provide opportunities to explore scientific concepts and connect with the natural world.

Supporting Every Child's Needs

We believe in providing inclusive care and are committed to supporting children's individual needs. Our experienced team works collaboratively to:

• Offer specialized support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Provide wrap-around care in collaboration with Little Forest Childcare.
• Partner with The Fledglings home education provision for older children.
