One reviewer, S. Mehdi, had a fantastic experience with the company, giving them 5 stars. They praised Andy, who kept them informed about the shipment's progress and went above and beyond to provide support, even outside of regular working hours.
Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, another reviewer, Adham Bashir, had a disastrous experience, rating the company 1 star. He paid for a door-to-door shipping service, but when the delivery van arrived in Dubai, he was asked to pay extra for unclear reasons. When he refused, the company threatened to take his belongings away. After paying under protest, he was given conflicting explanations for the extra charge by ALS and the local agent. To make matters worse, he received insulting emails from ALS, accusing him of being "aggressive, irrational, obsessive, confrontational and a bully".
