Service Issues
Several customers have reported negative experiences with VespaJets. For instance, Darren Shiels experienced an issue with his Tassoman exhaust in 2020 and contacted Adam for a replacement. However, the problem persisted, and Adam allegedly failed to accept responsibility for the faulty product.
Another customer, VespaJets Admin, reported a terrible service experience. They bought parts worth 68 last year but never received them. Despite several attempts to contact the company, they were ignored and unable to claim a refund from PayPal.
