Our Heritage

Our firm has a rich history, with roots dating back to the early 20th century. Over the years, we have built a reputation for providing high-quality legal services, backed by a team of experienced and dedicated professionals. In 1981, we merged with T R S Miller, expanding our reach and expertise to better serve our clients.

We offer a comprehensive range of legal services, including Property Law, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Probate, and Administration of Estates. At our Folkestone office, we also provide expert advice and representation in Family Law, including Legal Aid where eligible. Our experienced solicitors and support staff work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.

We offer a fixed fee interview scheme and have a Complaints Handling procedure and Policy in place to ensure transparency and accountability.

Our team of five Partners, including Susan Watler, Anthony Isaacson, James Morrison, Sarah Garrard, and Graham Medler, are supported by able fee earners and staff in all departments.
