Our Philosophy
We believe passionately in our open kitchen philosophy, which means we share our ideas, creative process, and cooking with our guests and talented chefs. We are constantly developing our ideas, inspired by the best produce on offer, and we are excited to share our approach to modern fine dining with you.
Our Team
Our team is led by Steve, the creative force behind Sorrel, and Head Chef Matt, who takes charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Our front-of-house team is led by Jenni, and our wine list is curated by Francesca. Cecilia is the friendly voice at the end of the phone, ready to assist with any queries or bookings.
Our Menus
We offer two dining options: our Signature tasting menu (Discovery Menu) and an a la carte menu (Journey Menu). Our menus are designed to showcase the best of seasonal produce, with dishes that are both intriguing and delicious. From our 24-hour pork belly to our aged duck, every ingredient plays its part in creating a truly memorable dining experience.

Reservations and Opening Times
We are open for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays, and for dinner from Wednesdays to Saturdays. We offer two dining options, and our menus are available for every service except for Saturday dinner, where we exclusively offer our signature tasting menu. Our main dining room can accommodate tables for up to 4 guests, and we have semi-private dining options available for larger groups.
