Based in our 5000 sq. ft. factory in Byfleet, Surrey, we specialise in CNC machining, CNC turning, and CNC milling of 3 axis, 4 axis, and 5 axis components for the Aviation, Automotive, Automation, and Formula 1 Industries. Our comprehensive engineering services cater to prototype and development work, as well as volume production.

For highly precision, complex parts and components, Cawkwell has invested in the latest 5 axis machining technology. Our advanced DMU 70 Dekel Maho 5 axis machining capabilities enable us to offer simultaneous machining, which is highly flexible. The advancements made in 5 axis technology allow us to provide machining in complex shapes in a single setup, thereby saving time, cost, and human error. Our dedicated workforce have extensive experience in the precision machining of wind tunnel models, components for cars, and formula one motorsports.

*CNC Turning and Milling*

Our CNC turning and milling services specialise in components for wind tunnel models and full-size car components, such as front and rear wings, wishbones, endplates, combustion and mixing chambers, and projectiles for aviation and defence sectors. With our large CNC milling capacity and the latest in 3, 4, and 5 axis matching technology, we can efficiently handle intricate and large-scale projects.
