Our Cottages
Each of our cottages boasts spacious living/kitchen/dining areas, open fires, and tastefully furnished interiors that combine traditional charm with modern conveniences. Our fully equipped kitchens come with dishwashers, fridge/freezers, and microwaves, while our living areas feature TV/DVD players and radio/CD players. Each cottage has two large bedrooms, one with a super-king sized bed and the other with twin beds, as well as two bathrooms with high-pressure showers.
At Kilwarlin Cottages, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of comfort and luxury, with luxury towels and bedding, central heating, and plenty of storage and drying facilities for equipment associated with fishermen, golfers, and other outdoor enthusiasts. We also offer cots and highchairs for families with young children, as well as a BBQ area and a play area for children located within the safe environment of the courtyard.

We are committed to providing accessible accommodation for all our guests and are proud to offer wheelchair-friendly facilities in The Byre, with wet room facilities available.

Location
Surrounded by 200 acres of farmland, our cottages are situated in a courtyard formation adjacent to the main farmhouse, which is a listed building. While enjoying idyllic rural surroundings, the cottages are also very centrally located and easily accessible, just one and a half miles off the A1 Belfast to Dublin carriageway and just three miles from the picturesque village of Hillsborough with its many tourist attractions, pubs, restaurants, and shops.
Our central location makes us the ideal base for exploring all parts of Northern Ireland, with many local attractions just a short drive away.
