With over 30 years of experience on the Sellafield site, we possess in-depth knowledge of operating within the controls and regulations of a nuclear licensed site. Our highly trained team, local to West Cumbria, has worked within our business for many years, bringing stability to the company and the services we offer.

Our project and fabrication teams are based within two miles of the Sellafield site, possessing a range of skill sets, including project management, quality inspection, manufacturing design, fabrication, erection, and trialling. Our site team is based on the Sellafield site full-time, providing site management and supervision, on-site surveying, welding, plating, steel erection, and decommissioning services. We have developed a reputation for working proactively with our clients to fully understand their requirements and promptly respond to the challenges of working within a dynamic project environment.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including fabrication, installation, site engineering, project management, concept proposals, assurance, and estimating. Our manufacturing team possesses a diverse set of fabrication skills and experience in areas including structural steel, high-pressure pipe spool manufacture, and workshop and site coded welding. Our site erection team has carried out structural and mechanical installation works across all areas of the Sellafield site, in both clean and radiologically hazardous areas.

Our site engineering resources accurately set out, line, and level using total stations, digital levels, and other precision measuring equipment. Our project management team drives our projects forward, ensuring tasks are completed safely and timely, and the client's expectations are met. We have an in-house AutoCAD technician that converts collected site data into concept proposals, fabrication drawings, lift plans, and setting out data.
