Founded by Josie, a passionate cook who grew up on a farm on the Cornish cliffs, Simply Baked Cornwall is committed to using the finest local, organic, and ethically sourced ingredients, such as Trewithian Dairy butter, milk, yoghurt, and cream, Shipton Mill flour, Cornhill Farm eggs, and honey from Cornish bees. Our mission is to provide our customers with the most delicious and beautiful treats that not only impress but also cater to their unique tastes and preferences.

Our Founder Josie

Josie, the founder of Simply Baked Cornwall, has always had a passion for food and an interest in where it comes from. She started her cooking journey at The Galley on the Isles of Scilly when she was 18 and has since then worked with some of the best chefs in the industry. Her travels around the world and her experience in Michelin Starred kitchens have inspired her to create a business that reflects her values and cooking style. Today, she continues to create delicious and beautiful treats from her studio kitchen in Falmouth, drawing inspiration from her surroundings and her customers.
