Delivering a quality service at a competitive price

Little Oaks Nurseries is a collection of nurseries located in the beautiful villages of Penn, Tylers Green, and Forty Green in Beaconsfield. We provide a nurturing environment for children from 2-4 years old, where they can develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Our caring and experienced staff work to create a stimulating and engaging atmosphere, where children feel safe and valued.

Our Nurseries

We have three nurseries located in the heart of the communities we serve:

  • Little Oaks @ The Parish Rooms: This cosy site in the heart of the village welcomes children aged 18 months to 3 years old.
  • Little Oaks @ Tylers Green: Our location on the school site allows us to offer extended nursery hours, providing a stimulating and exciting experience for children aged 3-4 years old.
  • Little Oaks @ Forty Green: This nursery provides a loving and nurturing start for children aged 2-4 years old, with a focus on social and emotional development.

Admissions

Our aim is to make our nurseries accessible to children and families from all accessible areas. We have a fair and clearly communicated admissions process in place to ensure that all sections of our community have access to our services. Our admissions procedure is based on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into account the vicinity of the home to the nursery and siblings already attending the nursery.

Funding and Fees

We offer a range of funded places for children, including 30-hour and 15-hour funded places for those who have already turned 3. We also offer fee-paying places for those under 3 or those who may claim their funding elsewhere. We charge a fee for any sessions or special activities not paid by grant funding, but we will never insist on a child taking part in a fee-paying activity. Suitable alternatives will be provided.

Application Process

Applying for a place at our nurseries is a simple process. In the Spring term prior to the academic year children would be due to start at Little Oaks, we will write to parents offering their child a place for September. Once the place has been accepted, parents will be invited to attend a 'taster session' with their child during June or July. We will also provide parents with all the necessary paperwork and a signed parent declaration and a parent/provider agreement must be in place for us to claim funding.

Contact Us

If you have any questions or would like to inquire about a place at one of our nurseries, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be delighted to welcome you to Little Oaks and look forward to hearing from you.
