Dissatisfied Customers

Difficulty Working with Lisa
Both reviewers have criticized Lisa's behavior and professionalism. Mrs. Gould, an ex-interior designer with experience in the soft furnishings industry, found Lisa to be "prickly and non-collaborative" and stated that her behavior was "not professional at all". The reviewer's lawyer husband even had to remind Lisa of her contractual responsibilities to ensure the job was completed.
Subpar Results and High Cost
The reviewers were also unhappy with the results of the work done by Ensor. Mrs. Gould rated the results as "8/10 at best" and mentioned that the cost was "eye-watering". Additionally, one of the reviewers had a bad experience with the upholstery service provided by Ensor, stating that out of 5 different jobs, only 1 was successful.
