How do I order repeat prescriptions?
Use the NHS App, Patient Access, or submit paper forms at reception. Prescriptions typically take 3-5 working days for pharmacy collection.
Are home visits available?
Yes, for housebound patients. Request before 10:00am with full details. Visits are at the doctor's discretion based on medical need.
Can I access my medical records online?
Yes, through the NHS App or Patient Access. From October 2023, you can view appointment notes, test results, and letters from your GP.
What are your opening hours?
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-6:30 PM. Closed weekends. Extended access appointments available outside core hours through our Enhanced Access service.
