The Lewis family warmly welcomes you to Griffin-Lloyd Shooting Ground, a family-run business established in 1990, located in the heart of the countryside on the Welsh/English border. Our shooting ground offers a wide variety of clay target shooting to suit your needs, whether you're a national or international athlete looking to stay at the top of your game or a novice looking to try something new and exciting.
Our Facilities
Our shooting ground provides clay shooters with a range of disciplines to choose from, including 26 English Sporting stands, 2 covered Olympic Trap/ABT layouts, and 2 Down-the-Line and Olympic Skeet. Our facilities are designed to cater to shooters of all abilities, from beginners to experienced marksmen. Our sporting layout offers 26 stands, each with a minimum of two traps, including high towers ranging up to 135 ft, Grouse Butt, teal, driven, going away, rabbits, loopers, overhead, crossers, and quartering.
Tuition and Coaching
At Griffin-Lloyd Shooting Ground, we offer 'Have-A-Go' experiences and individual lessons for those who want to try clay target shooting for the first time. Our experienced coaches are available to provide guidance and tuition to help you improve your shooting skills. We also hold Welsh Target Shooting Federation and British shooting training camps for the Academy/Pathway and Elite.

About Our Ground
Our cosy wooden frame Clubhouse provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with tea, coffee, soft drinks, snacks, indoor and outdoor seating, and toilets. We have plenty of car parking available, and cartridges can be purchased on site. We accept cash and BACs payments.
