Our Services
At Eeabe, we provide a range of therapeutic services, including:
- Psychotherapy: a partnership between an individual and a professional trained to help people understand their feelings and assist them with changing their behaviour. People often consider psychotherapy under the following circumstances:
+ They have strong feelings like anger or sadness that dominate their lives in spite of their efforts to push them down.
+ Their emotional difficulties make it hard for them to function from day to day.
+ When they have floating anxiety, which interferes with their living with ease.
+ Their actions are harmful to themselves or to others.
+ When they have a sense of being stuck and unable to move on.
- Transactional Analysis: a theory of personality and a systematic psychotherapy for personal growth and change.
- Integrative Arts Psychotherapy: a powerful approach that facilitates self-healing through the use of metaphor and the imagination.
- Adoption Support: providing support for individuals and families who are dealing with adoption-related issues.
- Supervision and Training: providing guidance and education to professionals in the field.
At Eeabe, we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients. We aim to help our clients heal old emotional patterns, develop a more productive relationship with their inner world, understand and cope with stress and stressful situations, improve their relationships with others and themselves, increase their ability to express and communicate feelings, and gain more access to feelings of joy and pleasure.
