Fibreglass Roofing
Our fibreglass roofing systems provide durable, weather-resistant solutions ideal for flat roofs. Using glass-reinforced polyester materials, we create seamless installations that prevent leaks and require minimal maintenance. This lightweight option combines strength with aesthetic appeal, offering homeowners a cost-effective roofing solution that lasts decades when properly installed.
EPDM Rubber Roofing
EPDM rubber roofing systems deliver exceptional waterproofing performance for flat and low-pitch roofs. Our installations use ethylene propylene diene monomer membranes that resist UV radiation, extreme temperatures, and weathering. This flexible solution adapts to structural movements while maintaining watertight integrity, making it ideal for both residential and commercial properties.
Single Ply Roofing
Protan single ply systems offer eco-friendly, energy-efficient roofing solutions with superior durability. Our thermoplastic membranes provide excellent resistance to fire, chemicals, and mechanical stress. This modern roofing method allows for rapid installation with minimal disruption, featuring welded seams that create a completely sealed protective layer for commercial and industrial buildings.
Warm Roof Conversions
The Guardian Warm Roof system transforms existing conservatories into year-round living spaces. Our installations include insulated roof panels, energy-efficient glazing, and integrated ventilation systems. This upgrade improves thermal performance while maintaining natural light, creating comfortable extensions that meet current building regulations without compromising aesthetic appeal.
Roof Refurbishments
Our refurbishment services restore aging roofs using advanced liquid polyurethane coatings and reinforcement systems. This cost-effective alternative to full replacement extends roof lifespan by sealing cracks and reinforcing weak areas. The seamless application creates a watertight barrier that enhances energy efficiency while maintaining structural integrity for both residential and commercial properties.
