Our School
Pointe Works provides dance classes where students can have fun and feel valued, inspired by teachers who have succeeded in imparting the joy of performance alongside core technical skills. Our owner and founder, Nicolle Higgins, is a Royal Ballet School Affiliate Teacher, a Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance, and Rambert Grades. We are committed to providing a supportive learning environment, respectful of individual differences, and offering high-quality dance tuition using a range of teaching strategies.
Our Classes
Pointe Works offers classes in Classical Ballet and Character Dance. Our ballet classes are organized into academic school years, and children begin ballet in the September of their Pre-School year, with a minimum age of 3. Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 students, allowing for personalized attention and guidance. Our students have the opportunity to take part in The Royal Ballet School's Affiliate Training and Assessment Programme and Royal Academy of Dance Exams, as well as Level 1 Contemporary Dance Training with Rambert Grades.

We believe that attending ballet classes should enhance students' lives by providing an outlet for their creativity, promoting self-confidence, and nurturing self-esteem. Our goal is to provide a holistic learning experience relevant to the child of today, focusing on the student's well-being and progress.
