Our Services: Executive Searches

Indesign offers a fresh and innovative approach to international executive searches, specifically targeting senior management with a fervent passion for lifestyle and fashion products. Our fees are structured at 30% of the total remuneration and are payable in three instalments - the first on commencement, the second on short-listing, and the third on placement.

Designer Searches

Our esteemed Designer Searches service is designed to identify the most suitable talent for the most demanding UK and international design positions. Confidentiality is a paramount aspect of our service, and Indesign boasts an exceptional reputation in this regard. Our fees are set at 25% of the total remuneration and are payable in three instalments - the first on commencement, the second on short-listing, and the third on placement. The first two instalments are non-refundable.

Designer Placement

Indesign's Designer Placement service is the perfect solution for recruiting fashion designers to fill vacancies in design studios. Leveraging our unique database of professionals, built over 35 years, we facilitate the ideal matches. Our fees for UK clients are based on 20% of the total annual remuneration, payable upon placement. For international clients, the fee is 25%.

Freelance Placement

Indesign maintains a carefully curated list of highly talented freelance designers for urgent and challenging roles. We also excel in sourcing the right talent for maternity cover and other short-term contracts. Our fees are set at 25% of the total remuneration, payable during the completion of the contract or within the first year.

Graduate Placement

Some of Indesign's valued recruitment clients find it advantageous to use our services for graduate placements instead of contacting Art Schools directly. We offer a special rate for graduates, available only until the end of their graduation year. Our fees are based on 10% of the total annual remuneration and are payable upon placement.
