• James Corcoran, Managing Director: James's extensive experience with private sector airport developments and commercial buildings led him to create Grove Construction in 2010. With a deep understanding of the construction industry, James strategically leads the business by setting long-term goals, analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and making key decisions to steer the company towards success.
• Rahul Hajare, Head of Finance: Rahul graduated from Bournemouth University in 2009 with a degree in Accounting and Finance and pursued ACCA qualifying in 2012. Since then, he has gained over 15 years of experience in the property development and construction sector. As the Head of Finance, Rahul plays a critical role in the financial management of the company, ensuring its financial stability and growth.
