Making an Appointment

Making an appointment is easy. You can call us or complete our contact form, choosing the most convenient clinic. Our experienced physiotherapist will then schedule an appointment at a time that suits you.

What Happens at My First Appointment?

At your first appointment, you will receive a detailed assessment, which will include a comprehensive examination and diagnosis of your condition. Your physiotherapist will then explain your diagnosis and treatment plan, setting goals and a plan of action. Treatment will begin on your first session, and your recovery will begin.

Treatment sessions typically last 45 minutes, with follow-up sessions lasting approximately 35-40 minutes. We also offer home visits and medico-legal treatment options.
