Beneck Preservations is a small, family-run business that has been serving the Northwest region, including Wirral, Manchester, Southport, and North Wales, for over 20 years. We specialise in providing damp and rot treatments, full refurbishments, and building services to both commercial and domestic customers. As a trusted damp proofing contractor for Wirral Borough Council and some housing associations within the Wirral Area, we have established ourselves as a professional and reliable company. Our membership in the Property Care Association (PCA) further attests to our commitment to providing high-quality services to our customers.

Our offices in Birkenhead are open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Our dedicated staff is always available to answer any enquiries and to schedule surveys. We aim to carry out all surveys within 72 hours of your request and to provide you with a full report and sketch within six days of the original survey. Please note that there is a small charge for carrying out surveys and submitting reports.
