Services
Sash Window Repairs
We specialise in restoring traditional sash windows using hardwood replacements that maintain architectural authenticity. Our process retains original frames while incorporating double-glazed units and draught-proofing systems. With 25 years of experience, we ensure historical accuracy while improving thermal efficiency and security, serving properties across Bristol and Bath.
Double Glazing
Our double glazing solutions integrate modern insulation technology within existing window frames. Using 14mm specialist units with low-emissivity glass, we enhance heat retention and noise reduction. This minimally invasive approach preserves historical character while meeting current building regulations, ideal for period properties in Bath and surrounding areas.
Casement Windows
We manufacture and install bespoke casement windows matching property aesthetics. Available in softwood or hardwood finishes to client specifications, our solutions combine traditional joinery with draught-proofing technology. All installations meet UK building standards, ensuring durability and enhanced insulation for homes across our service area.
Window Renovation
Our renovation process restores original window features while upgrading functionality. Services include draught sealing, ironmongery replacement, and sash mechanism repairs. We prioritise preserving historical elements, using traditional materials and techniques to maintain property character in both listed buildings and period homes.
Draught Proofing
We implement comprehensive draught-proofing systems that maintain window operation while eliminating cold air infiltration. Using brush seals and weather stripping, our solutions improve energy efficiency without compromising architectural integrity. This service is particularly suited to period properties requiring modern comfort standards.
