Our Services
Our counselling and psychotherapy services are designed to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Through a relational psychodynamic approach, we explore our clients' attachment styles and patterns, which can provide insight into understanding themselves and their relationships. We also incorporate attachment and Jungian theory, as well as contemporary neuroscience research, to help our clients develop a more comprehensive understanding of themselves.
