Do you offer online lessons?
Yes, we provide Zoom-based vocal coaching with the same structured approach as in-studio sessions, accessible for clients worldwide.
How often should I attend lessons?
Sessions are flexible - many students book every 4-6 weeks. Progress depends on individual goals, with noticeable improvements often seen within the first few lessons.
What payment methods do you accept?
Lessons are paid via PayPal (Friends and Family option to avoid fees). Alternative arrangements can be discussed upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hours' notice required for cancellations. Missed lessons without prior notice incur the full session fee to maintain scheduling fairness for all clients.
Are there age restrictions for students?
We primarily work with mature students, though younger pupils may be accepted after consultation to ensure appropriate vocal development and technique.
