Disappointing Experience
One reviewer, Soundidesign, had a terrible experience with Sound4ProAudio. They paid for a P.A system in June 2023, which was supposed to include dollies, but did not receive the system until September. The reviewer claims that Richard, the owner, made excuse after excuse and lied about the system being en route. The reviewer was initially told that credit card or debit payment was not accepted, but later found out that card payments were accepted. As a result, the reviewer had to initiate legal action to resolve the issue.
Excellent Experience
On the other hand, three reviewers, Mark Woodham, Leon Richer, and Jenny Rose, had excellent experiences with Sound4ProAudio.
