Poor Communication and Errors
Frank Murray was left a chair to be covered, which was not done to his specifications. Despite being assured it would be done, it was covered in a thicker foam and did not fit where it needed to go. When he contacted the company, he was met with unprofessional behavior from Jimmy, who swore at him over the phone. Additionally, Elizabeth Park left a chair in April to be recovered and did not receive it until weeks later, with poor communication and extra costs added on.
