Nursing Home Care
Our purpose-built nursing home provides 24/7 specialist care for 44 residents across two dedicated units. The Gatcombe Unit supports physically infirm individuals while the Cotswold Unit specialises in dementia care. All rooms feature en-suite facilities, adjustable beds, and emergency call systems. Residents enjoy access to sensory gardens, recreational activities, and freshly prepared meals catering to dietary requirements.
Day Centre Activities
The Dr Booth Day Centre offers social and therapeutic activities Monday-Friday 9:30am-2:30pm. Our programme includes music therapy, reflexology, gardening, and reminiscence sessions tailored for older adults. Transport is available, and nutritious lunches are provided daily. The centre serves as both social hub and care support for local families.
Home Care Services
Horsfall@Home delivers personalised care packages for individuals remaining in their own homes. Services include personal care, medication support, housekeeping, and specialist dementia care between 7am-11pm daily. Our CQC-registered team also provides end-of-life support and respite care for family carers.
Dementia Support
Specialist dementia care is delivered by trained staff across our Cotswold Unit and home care services. We employ dementia link workers and implement tailored therapies including music sessions, life history work, and sensory stimulation. Our environment features colour-coded navigation and therapeutic pet visits to support residents' wellbeing.
Palliative Care
We provide compassionate palliative care in both residential and home settings, supporting individuals during advanced illness stages.
