Our proprietor, Ceri Wallace, has many years of experience within the hospitality sector, having previously worked at a prestigious five-star hotel in London. Ceri's extensive knowledge of various cuisines offers clients a wide range of exciting dishes from around the world, in addition to traditional favorites.
