Our Services

Our state-of-the-art weights room is equipped with a wide range of equipment, from power cages to cable machines, to cater to your individual needs. Our cardio room, affectionately known as "the sweat box, " features a range of equipment, including assault bikes, ski ergs, and elliptical trainers, to push you to your limits. We also offer personal training sessions with our experienced trainers, who specialize in strength and conditioning, HIIT, BoxFit, and endurance training.

Our Trainers

Our team of trainers are dedicated professionals with a passion for fitness and helping others. With years of experience and a range of specializations, our trainers are equipped to help you achieve your fitness goals. From Pete, our Level 3 Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach, to Jon, our fitness instructor and physique competition winner, to Jennie, our Level 3 Personal Trainer and fitness class instructor, and Leila, our online coach and personal trainer, our team is dedicated to helping you succeed.
