Food Quality
Many reviewers were left disappointed with the food quality they received. Shelly B. found the burgers to be cold and the toppings were all over the inside of the container, while Pamela Logue received an incorrect order of cheeseburgers instead of plain hamburgers. James Godwin described the onion rings as "not very crispy, just soaked in oil." On the other hand, some reviewers had positive experiences with the food, such as Nikki Millar who found the chips to be "lovely" and Ian Pearson who said the food was "great."
Service
Service was also a major point of contention for many reviewers. Shelly B. gave 3 stars for service because the food was delivered 20 minutes ahead of the estimated time, despite the poor quality of the food. Pamela Logue gave 1/5 service rating due to the staff not listening to the order correctly. James Godwin found the service to be "below par" and Christopher Dobbin had a poor experience with the staff who seemed to be "cleaning to go home." However, some reviewers had positive experiences with the service, such as Nikki Millar and Ian Pearson who both gave 5/5 service ratings.
Atmosphere
The atmosphere of the restaurant was also a point of contention. James Godwin described the atmosphere as "very quiet" but attributed this to the lack of customers. Ag Agri found the atmosphere to be "comfortable" and Trevor McKee described the seating area as "lovely."
