The Buryhill Clinic is a long-established, friendly private practice offering Chartered and State Registered Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, and other related health services in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Our clinic was established in 1998 with over 15 years of evidence-based care behind us. Our aim is to deliver effective, safe treatments to all musculoskeletal conditions, neurological complaints, and certain respiratory conditions.
At Buryhill, all of our Physiotherapists are Chartered and thus belong to The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. Our Physiotherapists are also registered with The Health and Care Professions Council. Furthermore, our clinicians exceed the continuous training requirement to maintain state registration as a physiotherapist. In the last few years, we have diversified from just Physiotherapy to introducing other health disciplines. All health professionals working at Buryhill are well qualified and registered with their own professions governing body.

Our Physiotherapy service includes general musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, occupational physiotherapy, and pain management techniques. Our Home Visit Service
Our Physiotherapists have been visiting patients in their own homes, in retirement homes, and care homes in and around Hitchin for several years. Our Home Visit Service is aimed at those individuals who are unable to come into the clinic for many varied reasons such as disability and post-surgical restrictions. We have no waiting lists and often get used by those individuals who are awaiting their health service referral appointment, but would like treatment in the meantime to bridge this gap.
