Vegas Rocks was disappointed with the lack of variety in the used selection at SEC. The used items seemed to be dumped without cleaning or preparation. They were looking to kit out their whole salon but the lack of trade terms for the trade led them to look elsewhere. When they did order LED mirrors, the wrong shape was sent, and they were not satisfied with the customer service response.

Greta Dumciute had a poor experience with SEC's customer service and delivery. She paid 80 for delivery but was not informed that the items would not be delivered to the door. Instead, they were left outside the main road, and no one took responsibility for the safety of the items. She felt the company was unprofessional and unfair.

Sharon Queen had a positive experience with SEC. When her new workstation didn't fit her salon's ceiling, she was able to get a wall-mounted version instead. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The delivery was prompt, and the delivery person was charming and helpful.

Ls Salon had previously had issues with the chairs they ordered from SEC, but the problem was resolved, and they were happy with the customer service in the end.
