- This is the worst Lawyers I have ever had the experience of Dealing with 2 Cases and 7 Court dates not 1 of the Lawyers had any interests in these cases.so how they even thought they had any chance off even challengeing the cases! O that's right they didn't have 2 would not recommend this firm unless u want to to face the Judje as they didn't!would Recommend Todd in the High Street.
- The people working in the office make up what they don't know, guess everything, have a disgusting attitude and blame you for their incompetence.
- Always promised someone will call back. No one ever does. Letters sent to people that cannot receive them due to circumstances they are aware of, with no sender name at the bottom. Whenever you call and ask for any info at all, or call to provide them with info they have requested, you will be consistently told someone else has the file or the system is down or the correct person is not available. The office staff/admins are blatantly disorganised, unhelpful and completely amateur.
