Quantity Surveying
As Chartered Quantity Surveyors, we offer a full range of Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services. Our services include feasibility advice and development appraisals, cost planning and estimating, procurement and contract selection advice, risk management, value engineering, production of bills of quantities, tendering and tender reporting, construction phase valuations, post-contract cost management and financial reporting, and preparation and agreement of final accounts.
Project Management
We believe that effective Project Management is the key to the success of any project. Our dynamic and client-focused Project Management service enables us to control every aspect of a project, reducing overall programmes and increasing returns on investment. Employer's Agent
The role of the Employer's Agent is to act as an agent for the client, providing contract administration services for design and build contracts. Our Employer's Agent services include coordinating the tender process, coordinating the novation of consultants, collating contract documents for execution, implementing change control procedures, and providing contract administration services after the contract has been awarded.

Our Estimating service provides accurate and reliable cost estimates for all types of construction projects. Our estimating team brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project, delivering estimates that are both accurate and cost-effective.
