Building Strong Foundations for Tennis and Squash

Craighelen Lawn Tennis and Squash Club is a thriving and dynamic sports club based in the West of Scotland. We are proud to offer top-notch facilities for tennis, squash, and fitness enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels. Our commitment to promoting sports and fitness has earned us the prestigious 'Club of the Year' award by West of Scotland Squash for the 2021/22 season, following a successful year where our men's 1st and 2nd teams won their respective divisions in the West Leagues.

Tennis and Coaching

Our club tennis coach, Felix Carpenter, is dedicated to fostering a love for tennis in all age groups. For children new to tennis between the ages of 4-11, we offer the LTA 'Youth Start' initiative, focusing on fun and foundational skill development. These coaching sessions are tailored to enable participation in tennis coaching, events, and beginners' competitions. Adult beginners can also take advantage of coaching sessions, which can be arranged by contacting Felix Carpenter at felixc.coaching@gmail.com.

Squash

Craighelen has a rich history of squash, and our club members have consistently shown their dedication to the sport. We are proud to have both our men's 1st and 2nd teams win their divisions in the West Leagues. Coaching for squash is available, and we follow the World Squash Singles rules, West of Scotland Squash League rules, and Racketball rules.

Racquet Stringing Services

For those needing a racket restring, Clyde Racquet Services provides high-quality stringing and servicing.
