We offer a range of services, including Pre-Purchase Surveys, Party Wall Services, Structural Design Work, and Expert Witness Reports. Our Pre-Purchase Surveys are designed to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the property they are purchasing or leasing. Our Party Wall Services include issuing Notices, acting as Building Owner's, Adjoining Owner's or Agreed Surveyor, and we have much experience with services arising from the requirements of the Party Wall etc Act 1996. Our Structural Design Work includes structural member design works, with calculations provided for building control and construction purposes. Our Expert Witness Reports are prepared on defective building workmanship, landlord and tenant disputes, and many other aspects.
