Services
Cavity Wall Insulation Removal
We remove defective cavity wall insulation using industrial vacuums and compressed air to eliminate damp, mould, and heat loss. Our process involves inspecting cavities with boroscopes, extracting damaged material, and restoring brickwork. This service prevents structural damage caused by wet insulation and rusted wall ties, ensuring long-term energy efficiency.
Loft Insulation Replacement
We replace degraded loft insulation to reduce heat loss through roofs by up to 25%. Our process includes removing old or water-damaged material, installing 270-300mm mineral fibre insulation, and fitting raised boarding for storage. This service improves energy efficiency, lowers heating bills, and maintains compliance with building regulations.
Wall Tie Replacement
We replace corroded or failed wall ties to restore structural stability in cavity walls. Using metal detectors and borescopes, we install new ties per British Standards, preventing bulging, cracking, and collapse. This service includes a 25-year insurance-backed guarantee for long-term peace of mind.
Stormdry Waterproofing
We apply Stormdry cream to brick, stone, and concrete to prevent water ingress while allowing walls to breathe. This BBA-approved treatment reduces damp by 29%, enhances energy efficiency, and carries a 25-year durability certification, ideal for properties with cavity wall insulation issues.
Repointing & Brickwork Repair
We repair degraded mortar joints using diamond blades and dust extractors to remove old material, followed by applying fresh mortar to depths of 15-20mm. This service prevents water penetration, restores structural integrity, and maintains the aesthetic value of brickwork.
