Our Services

At Kimber Allen, we offer a comprehensive range of services that cater to the needs of organ builders and enthusiasts. Our in-house production capabilities include Tool Design and manufacture, Power Press Manufacturing up to 180 Tonnes, Milling, Turning, Drilling, Hand and Machine Thread Rolling, Coil Winding, Plastic Injection Moulding (in-house and contract), Brazing, and Assembly work. We are confident in the quality of our products, and we back this up with a 5-year guarantee on all KA manufactured goods.

In addition to our dedicated range of organ products, we also undertake tool and component design and manufacture for other engineering companies in a wide range of fields, including audible warning devices, telecommunications, components for double-glazed windows, security, automotive, marine pumps, lapidary machines, trade moulding, and bespoke engineering projects.

Engraving Services

At Kimber Allen, we also offer bespoke engraving services tailored to meet the specific needs of organ builders. Our state-of-the-art equipment and expert team enable us to cope with all organ builder's engraving requirements. We engrave a wide range of items, including our standard machine engraving styles with colour fill to choice, as well as customer's own items, special builder's plates, and more.
