Every candidate we propose has been through a comprehensive three-stage behavioural and competency interview process, eliminating potentially costly mistakes and contributing to a high client and candidate satisfaction rate.
History
Founded in 2003, Signet Resources has successfully placed over 2,000 candidates in new careers, many of whom have gone on to become Signet clients too. We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, resulting in high levels of repeat, retained, and referral business.
Candidate Services
As a candidate, our promise is simple: we won't waste your time. We invest time upfront in understanding your strengths and ambitions and only contact you when we have opportunities that genuinely match your long-term career aspirations. We place a high value on good communication throughout the recruitment process, sharing client feedback constructively and promptly. Our three-stage process includes a telephone interview, competency interview, and client interview, ensuring that we get to know you and understand your aspirations.
Interim Candidates
For interim candidates placed on an interim basis, we provide resources, including holiday request forms and interview guidelines. Interim candidates are employed through Signet Resources and receive holiday request forms, which must be completed and submitted by noon on the preceding Monday.
Meeting Signet for the First Time
Before your interview with Signet, you will receive an email detailing the paperwork needed to place you successfully into your next interim contract. We require candidates to bring their passport, recent proof of address, and any relevant visa documentation.
