The overall experience with RH Joinery has been a mixed bag, with some customers having a positive experience while others have had a terrible time.
Excellent Customer Service and Quality of Work
One customer, Frank Dempsey, had a very positive experience with RH Joinery. He was very pleased with the oak stairs provided and praised Ronnie for being helpful in deciding on the best stairs for his layout. The workers were confident and ensured that the workspace was tidy after completion.
Poor Customer Service and Unreliability
On the other hand, two customers, Ivor Turkington and Andrew Kerr, had terrible experiences with RH Joinery. Both customers were disappointed with the poor customer service and unreliability of the company. They were given false deadlines, and the company failed to deliver on their promises. Ivor Turkington got his deposit back after 15 months of waiting, while Andrew Kerr was left homeless and out of a large sum of money due to the incomplete stairs.
